Veteran banners bring pride

To the Editor,

I would like to thank all those responsible for the Veterans Banner flags that are so proudly displayed throughout our city.

To Mrs. Timothy Connell and her husband for taking care of providing the process to have the banners displayed, to those who hang and remove the banners and to the VFW who cleans and stores them over the winter.

Thank you just doesn't seem enough.
