To the Editor,
As we celebrate our Thanksgiving weekend together with family and friends, let's take some time to remember the ones who won't be here this year.
The laughter. The stories that were told over and over again. The games that were played. The songs that were sung. The pictures from the past. If we could only turn back time.
But time moves on. Just like we do in our lives. It goes so quickly. But just for a few seconds that we could grab those precious moments. Or to just hear the voice of those that are gone. Just…once.
Folks, we still have those memories. So as we enjoy our Thanksgiving weekend, let's remember those who were part of our lives at one time. They may not be here. But their time here was priceless.
