To the Editor,
If anyone would ask me what is one of the biggest blessings of my life, my first response would be that of being accepted as a resident of Overbrook Towers.
The apartment building is located at 525 Cove Road in Weirton, West Virginia.
I have held tenancy there for 19 and one-half years.
My landlord is Mr. George Vargo. He is one of the most helpful, caring and fair persons that I have met.
He offered me a one-bedroom, freshly painted apartment, complete with brand new appliances, ceiling fans, flooring and mini-blinds. I am very happy.
I consider myself very lucky to live in safe and affordable housing.
