To the Editor,
A nurse is defined as a caregiver, and who provides first aid. But they are more then that.
They are the nanny in pediatrics that reads to your sick child while they fight their sleep.
They are the caregivers in the critical care units…watching the heart monitors as their patients are medicated for their pain.
They are the angels of mercy when family members are unable to be at their side.
They are like council members, when loved ones are in the Emergency Room as caring folks wait for the news.
Nurses…caring is sharing. My wife, like others in her field, do it every day, around the world, and around the area.
Nurses care. Nurses make it all better.
