In recent weeks, I experienced several severe and profuse nosebleeds that required multiple trips to the emergency room. After being told by several ENT offices that it would take three weeks to get an appointment, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Jeffrey Banyas at Weirton Medical.

From the very first phone call, Dr. Banyas’s office staff was exceptionally helpful, kind, and accommodating. They were able to schedule me within just two hours of my call — something almost unheard of these days.

Dr. Banyas himself was personable, understanding, and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, why it was occurring, and the steps needed for treatment and recovery. His professionalism and compassion were truly appreciated during a stressful situation.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Banyas and his outstanding staff for their prompt care, kindness, and dedication to their patients. We are fortunate to have such quality medical professionals serving our community.
