Bowman hits 1,000-point mark during Brooke’s win

WELLSBURG -- Brooke senior notched her 1,000th career point during the Bruins' 61-35 victory over Toronto on Monday in an OVAC consolation game.
Bowman finished with a game-high 30 points. Chloe Fox followed her with 12 points, while Emilee Knorr added nine.
For the Red Knights, Kendall Thomas led with 16 points. Joziah Jordan contributed seven.
Both teams play one more consolation game each on Thursday.
