Steubenville Big Red multi-sport athlete and track and field standout Micah Mitchell signed his letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic careers at Youngstown State University. Mitchell plans to major in business administration while competing for the Penguins' track team. Mitchell was a multi-event OVAC Class 5A champion, the OVAC Male Performer of the Meet award recipient, East District and Regional champion in the 110 and 300 hurdles, and a state placer in both events this past season, finishing third and eighth at the state championships.
