Edison tops Cambridge in five
CAMBRIDGE -- The Edison volleyball team outlasted Cambridge in five sets on the road on Thursday, 25-23, 21-25, 26-28, 25-9, 15-6.
Rebecka Evans had a season-high 22 kills to go with 14 assists, 12 points and six aces, Hailey Teichman had 11 kills, 14 assists, nine points and a dig, Kendra Teichman recorded 15 digs, three points, three aces and an assist, Sophia Henderson tallied 14 points, four aces and six digs and Ava Cline recorded eight points, three blocks, three aces, two kills and an assist.
Creek falls to UL
WINTERSVILLE -- The Indian Creek volleyball team dropped a three-set match to Union Local on Thursday, 21-25, 16-25, 16-25.
The Redskins are now 6-4 on the season.
Kylie Anderson had a block, eight kills and seven digs, Tori Robertson tallied 12 kills and 18 digs, Camryn Ketron recorded 13 kills and 25 digs and Reese Scott finished with 29 assists and eight digs.
Huskies fall in four
CADIZ -- The Harrison Central volleyball team dropped a four-set decision to Bellaire on Thursday, 17-25, 25-17, 23-25, 21-25.
Lauren Doane had 11 kills and six blocks, Olivia Tonkovich had 17 assists and Nessa Culver had 13 digs.
