Toronto wins big on the road
NEWCOMERSTOWN -- Four players reached double digits for the Toronto boys basketball team on Saturday as the Red Knights rolled to a 75-31 win at Newcomerstown.
Cayden Benton led the way with 18, while Kam Baker had 15, Noah Karaffa 14 and Russ Dickinson 11.
Red Riders fall
WEIRTON -- The Weir High girls basketball team dropped a 68-38 decision to visiting North Marion on Saturday at home.
Rayna Hoover led the Red Riders with 11 points, while Janai Turner had nine.
