Big Red girls win third straight, pull away from John Marshall
STEUBENVILLE -- The Big Red girls basketball team picked up its third-straght win and fourth in the last five games by topping John Marshall 57-37 inside the Crimson Center on Thursday.
Madelyn Criss led the way with four 3s for 12 points, while Paige Matteson added eight.
Toronto gets a win
TORONTO -- The Toronto girls basketball team topped visiting Wellsville 51-26 on Thursday.
Ashton Thomas led the way for the Red Knights with 18 points, while Tatum Derrington had 12 and Michelle Anderson 10.
Edison falls to CV
BOWERSTON -- The Edison girls basektball team dropped a 45-36 decision on the road at Conotton Valley on Thursday.
Pressley Meadows led Edison with 13 points.
Huskies fall on road
BELLAIRE -- Harrison Central's girls basketball team dropped a 63-33 decision at Bellaire.
Angi Ferri tallied 11 points.
