Big Red head football coach Reno Saccoccia was one of the speakers during Sunday's banquet held for the 2023 football season inside the Crimson Commons. Saccoccia recognized the players, coaches, cheerleaders, staff and fans and highlighted both the team's accomplishments on and off the field, pointing out more than 40 players held a GPA of 3.0 or higher while going to the state semifinals and finishing 13-2.
