This year’s recipients were Catholic Central’s Matthew Sprochi, Madonna’s Rylee Birkhimer, the Jefferson County JVS’ Leigh Anne Anderson, Brooke’s Rocco Sacripanti and Big Red’s Emily Tuttle.

The foundation was formed to honor the legacy of Colabella by friends and teammates.

This is the third year that the foundation has awarded scholarships to area seniors.  The foundation has one fundraiser a year,a golf tournament in the fall. 

It has raised over $100,000, all designated for scholarships.
