WELLSBURG – Lucy Saccoccia collected a hat trick and an assist leading the Big Red girls’ soccer team to a 10-0 victory against Brooke Tuesday night on Paul “Bud” Billiard Field inside Brooke Memorial Stadium.
Also for Big Red (3-2-2), Jaylin Crites contributed two goals and three assists, Gianna Thomas tallied two goals and one assist and Brynn Bowers scored two goals. Finally, Kenzie Petrelle tallied one goal and two assists to help the cause for the Red-and-Black.
Jodeci Green finished the game with four saves in goal for the victors.
Brooke (1-5) is scheduled to play Indian Creek at 6 p.m. Thursday on the road inside Kettlewell Stadium.
Big Red is scheduled to play John Marshall at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on Reno Saccoccia Field inside Harding Stadium.

NEW MANCHESTER – Landon Bowers tallied all five goals leading the Big Red boys’ soccer team to a 5-0 victory against Oak Glen Tuesday on the road.
Chase Beall, Dom Pietro and Cedric Peckens are produced an assist for Big Red (4-1).
JJ Lamantia made three saves in goal for the Red-and-Black.
Jackson O’Rourke recorded 18 saves in goal for the Golden Bears (1-4).
Oak Glen is set to play Heartland Christian at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on the road.
Big Red is scheduled to play Cambridge in a makeup game at 6 p.m. today on the road.
