WHEELING — Caldwell, the seat of Noble County, earned a crown fit for nobility on Tuesday, capturing the OVAC 1A/2A golf title at Oglebay’s Crispin Golf Course to become back-to-back champions. Caldwell dominated, finishing 28 strokes ahead of second-place Shadyside, finishing with a team total of 322.
