Where is the tolerance?

3 min read

To the Editor,

At this writing, following the recent events in Butler, PA, it's amazing how unhappy those tolerant, compassionate liberals and Democrats on social media are, that the attempted assassination of a Presidential candidate has failed.

Here we are, a few days after the attempt, and average Democrats are living right down to expectations, showing their true Blue.

One reads the angry, disappointed comments and has to wonder how many of these vicious lunatics are normally rabidly anti-gun.

"Trump is a threat to society," one frustrated Facebook user declared ominously, condemning the shooter's poor aim. Such baleful hysteria is common among Democrats, as social media users can tell you. Another noted how "we came within an inch and a half of civil war," because of the "crazy Trumpers."

Obviously, the crazed shooter wasn't a Trumper.

Oh, wait; shooter Crooks was a registered Republican; but, there're many zealous "Never Trumper" Republicans, and there exists the possibility he registered Republican, to vote against Trump in the primary.

It's also amusing, though, how irrationally terrified and loathing these people are, of Trump and his diabolical schemes to do right by America, its people, and interests. How bitterly hateful and frightened they are, of the dastardly, red-hatted, somehow "fascist" patriotic movement threatening to Make America Great Again.

Democrats clearly don't want that. How will they make people dependent upon government, in good times?

In an ironic twist, Biden went on TV calling for "unity" and a "toning down of rhetoric." Of course, much of that rhetoric has come from his own social media, calling Trump a "threat to our democracy," and "a menace to America", among quite a few other less-unifying, rhetorical labels.

I could go into various complaints about his inept Secret Service team, made up of several questionable "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion" hires, and Secret Service head Kim Cheatle and her ridiculous excuses; sloped roofs, etc. But no.

It's much more fun to focus on the satisfying validation of my opinions about Democrats.

Say what you will, but how many riots, lootings, and burning cities have happened because of conservatives and Republicans?

Anybody remember the riots following the 2016 election?

I do.

Angry Democrats and liberals, unhappy their candidate hadn't been able to cheat enough to win, enthusiastically took to the streets. Unlike Republicans and conservatives in 2020, when Biden did indeed cheat enough to win, and the evidence rapidly mounted.

We didn't riot, though, so the Establishment had to settle for the January 6th puppet show, a dead horse they still prop up and beat, even after releasing the entirety of the Capitol security camera footage, all but exonerating the so-called "rioters". They can't abandon the narrative, now.

Thousands of Tea Parties and conservative rallies across eight years of Obama. Estimated attendance in the millions. Not one broken window. Not one arrest.

It's always unstable, infantile Democrats and liberals sincerely expressing anti-American sentiment, and spreading destructive chaos, like the crazed Bolsheviks they gleefully emulate.

Very telling, really, of the Democratic party and their ideologies.
