McNeil elected as 2026 potentate of Osiris Shrine Center

WHEELING — Bruce McNeil has been elected the 139th potentate of the Osiris Shrine Center in the Elm Grove section of Wheeling. McNeil resides in Bethlehem and has dedicated his life to service to his country and his community. A graduate of Wheeling Park High School, he joined the Navy, serving aboard the USS Wisconsin battleship, after which he began a 34-year career with the postal service.
