County to hold car seat giveaway

STEUBENVILLE — The Jefferson County General Health District has partnered with Adoption Circle to hold a county-wide car seat distribution from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 12. The event will take place on the second floor of the Jefferson County Tower building, located at 500 Market St. in Steubenville. Car seats will be given to the first 50 Jefferson County residents who register and have a child under the age of 1, according to officials.
