Steubenville Police Snow mistake: An officer in the middle of a traffic stop at Franciscan Way and University Boulevard said he was talking to the driver when a snowball bounced off the roof of the car and hit him in the face and shoulder, Sunday. Steubenville Police Spider man: A city resident who tried several times to climb the fire escape at a North Fourth Street property where he’d been banned was taken into custody on multiple charges, Tuesday.
