Steubenville Police Flying high: A caller reported a man seeking treatment for drug or alcohol abuse “was so overly intoxicated that he was now being combative with staff and (firefighters),” Sunday. Steubenville Police Family matters: A city resident was booked into the Jefferson County Jail without bond after he allegedly showed up at a family member's Euclid Avenue home for Thanksgiving dinner "heavily intoxicated" and belligerent, Thursday.
