Steubenville Police Business struck: A vehicle drifted into the Taco Bell storefront, damaging the northeast corner of the building, Sunday. The motorist told police she pulled into a parking space and went inside to use the restroom and “must have left her vehicle in gear” and it drifted backward into the front of the building. Steubenville Police Acting out: A city resident is facing multiple charges after she allegedly tried to outrun police in the 200 block of North Seventh Street, Thursday. Police said Samantha Cremeans, 832 South St., was charged with possession of drugs, tampering with evidence and escape, all felonies, after a foot chase, during which they reported seeing her allegedly toss items over a fence running parallel to Washington Street.
