Steubenville Police Spitting mad: A woman living in the 100 block of North Sixth Street told police a man had just spit on her, Friday. She said she ran into him at Urban Mission said she argued with a man who owes her money and when she began ignoring him “it upset him” and he started following her, but when she advised him to leave her alone and walked away, he decided to on her.
