Steubenville Police Brazen: Rural King employees told police a woman they suspected of stealing in the past returned to the store and snagged 10 five-packs of Sawzall blades, Wednesday. Employees said she hid the blades in her purse and walked out of the store, “using care to go through the manual doors that do not have theft prevention alarms” and making no attempt to pay for the items.
