Herbert C. Tennant Jr., 77, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2024. He was born on June 29, 1947, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Herbert and Betty (Pellet) Tennant. In addition to his parents, Herbert is preceded in death by his nephew, Fred. Herbert was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was involved in the American Legion Post 6906.
