LAWRENCE STROUD, SR.

Lawrence Charles Stroud, Sr. of Burgettstown, PA, passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2024, at the age of 71. Born in Follansbee, WV, on December 12, 1952, he was a son of the late Donald M. and Edna S. Yaros Stoud. He was a faithful husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother to his family and a proud US Marine veteran, having served during the Vietnam War from 1971 to 1973. His dedication to service continued as a US Army Reservist from 1981 to 2012. Lawrence devoted his life to hard work, spending his 33-year career as a skilled crane operator at WSX.
