Members of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce joined Kelly Jeffers and her staff on March 15 to celebrate the recent re-opening of the Fashion Exchange at its new location, 412 Penco Road, Weirton. The thrift and consignment store offers a variety of gently used designer young ladies’ and women’s fashions, jewelry, purses and more.
