JOINS CEDAR ONE: Ann Krall has joined the staff of Cedar One Realty.

Having a background in the health care industry, Krall is married and has two sons and a daughter.

“I always try to imagine the client, as me offering advice to one of my children,” she said.

Krall obtained a diagnostic sonography degree from the Western School of Health and Business in Pittsburgh in 2000. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in health administration degree from the University of St Francis in Joliet, Ill., in 2006. Krall has helped manage and purchase many rental properties for a family-owned business which piqued her interest in the real estate process.

She has lived in Southeastern Ohio for more than 20 years and obtained her real estate license this year after attending Hondros College of Real Estate.
