The Steubenville Rotary Club will hold its annual golf scramble Aug. 18 at Spring Hills Golf Course. International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 246 is serving as a major sponsor for the event. Proceeds will benefit the club’s foundation, which helps to fund its annual scholarship program and provides money for other causes throughout the area. Sponsorships for the event, which will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m., remain available. The entry fee is $320 for a four-person team.
