STAFF ADDITIONS: Ashley Kuczykowski and Jessica Haythorn are the newest real estate agents at Cedar One Realty.

A graduate of Indian Creek High School and Eastern Gateway Community College and a resident of Steubenville, Kuczykowski obtained her real estate license from Lorain County Community College. She shares her home with two dogs and two cats.

She said she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process, and her goal is to ensure every client feels like they have a trusted friend by their side, guiding them through one of life’s most significant transactions.

A resident of Bethesda, Haythorn is a graduate of Union Local High School and earned her real estate license from Hondros College. She and her husband of 18 years have six children, and she also cares for three dogs, several cats and some chickens.
