BOARDMAN — Boardman Training Center opened its doors to the public Tuesday for its first open house event, which took place at the center’s campus.
The event welcomed prospective students, families and community members, giving them the opportunity to tour the facility, get an up-close glimpse of BTC’s hands-on training, meet the team, learn about the admissions process, and ask questions.
Participants were guided through stations by current students, who demonstrated the hands-on skills they would learn during their education and answered questions about the programs.
“The open house at Boardman Training Center was a resounding success. The energy in the building was incredible as we welcomed new and returning students, parents and community members,” said Sandy Poynter, campus director, Sandy Poynter. “It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our facility and dedicated instructors, and the enthusiasm from everyone who attended truly reflects the vibrant future of our training programs.”
