Following the Veterans Day service at the Adena American Legion Post 525 on Nov. 11, two members of the Korean War veterans of the post were presented with a Quilt of Valor. The quilts were presented by Sue Olinski, who serves as the coordinator of the Ohio Valley Quilts of Valor. Receiving a Quilt of Valor were Dan Tonkovich and Larry Barkhurst. This year marked the 70th anniversary of the end of the Korean War. Taking part in the presentation were from left, front, Barkhurst and Tonkovich, and back, Olinski and Dirk Harkins, commander of Post 525.
