Students involved with the SkillsUSA Chapter from New Cumberland’s John D. Rockefeller Career Center sent its student officers to the SkillsUSA West Virginia Fall Leadership Conference to build relationships between themselves and advisers. The conference is designed to afford students the opportunity to gain leadership skills which allows them to lead their chapter through their program of work during the course of the school year. The career and technical student organization serves more than 442,000 high school, college and middle-school students, along with professional members enrolled in training programs.
