RESURFACING SET IN STEUBENVILLE STEUBENVILLE — The city will begin its 2026 City Street Hot-Mix Resurfacing Project at 7 a.m. Monday, with work continuing throughout the week, weather permitting. The project will involve cold milling the existing asphalt and placing a hot-mix asphalt intermediate leveling course. History is all around us and in Steubenville it is on every block. Some blocks, though, no longer exist, but the memory of the places that were once there are still remembered. I am not the biggest of movie goers. I will go, but very rarely have I had time to sit for two to three hours watching a movie. It is just easier to wait for it to come out on other media outlets where I can see it on my own time. When we do go with the family it is an enjoyable experience.
