Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Dogged: A city resident ended up in custody Saturday after she allegedly yelled obscenities and screamed at an officer who had asked her to get a dog running loose in front of her under control before it got too close to Juneteenth festival-goers. Police said Sheala M.
