Jefferson County Sheriff Strange stuff: A woman reported “a group of 10 people at her house telling her she doesn’t own it anymore,” Tuesday. Steubenville Police Flamed out: A city resident is facing multiple charges after he allegedly threatened his neighbors in the 1200 block of Lincoln Boulevard and doused one of their homes in gasoline, Saturday.
