Steubenville Police Making friends: A woman in the 500 block of North Fourth Street told police her vehicle had been vandalized, inside and out, Tuesday. She said she thought she locked it but police said there were no signs of forced entry. Police said the windshield was cracked, the inside lining of the trunk was torn open, the rear view mirror wires were pulled out and the passenger side had been scraped.
