Steubenville Police Barged in: A man disrupted a service at a church on South Third Street, Sunday. Police were told the man was “loud and interrupting the service” and refused to leave when the pastor asked him to. The man causing the disruption said he “was upset but did not need any assistance other than a ride home,” which police provided.
