Steubenville Police Wake up call: A city resident was taken into custody after he allegedly threw street debris at a woman in the 900 block of Pittsburgh Street and tried to run her over after she asked him to turn his radio down, Wednesday. Steubenville Police Two facing charges: A Follansbee man is facing charges after he grappled with a police officer investigating a report of a man in distress Friday evening on the steps to the Market Street bridge while his female companion ended up in custody on drug charges, police said.
