Steubenville Police Wake up call: A city resident was taken into custody after he allegedly threw street debris at a woman in the 900 block of Pittsburgh Street and tried to run her over after she asked him to turn his radio down, Wednesday. The woman and her husband told police their family was awakened around 3 a.m. by the music blaring from a car parked across the street.
