During Monday’s meeting of Weirton Council, Mayor Harold Miller presented certificates of recognition to members of the American Legion Post 10 Honor Guard, in tribute to the unit’s years of service to the community and local veterans. Miller also presented a proclamation to the Legion recognizing March 29 at National Vietnam War Veterans Day.
