Brenda Mull, front, and Melissa Veltri of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce surveyed assorted toppings for hamburgers served at Tuesday’s 15th-annual Burger Bash held by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassadors at the Harp & Habit at Franciscan Square. The two were among many guests at the event, which included a cornhole tournament, with a $200 cash prize for the winning team; a Chinese auction; 50-50 drawing and door prizes. Proceeds went to the Anita Jackson Community Service Scholarship program, which provides scholarships to local high school graduates and non-traditional students who are active in the community as Jackson was. — Warren Scott
