SR 152 to close south of Richmond RICHMOND — State Route 152 will close just south of Walnut Ridge Road from Aug. 17-28 for a culvert replacement project. The closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. School buses and emergency vehicles will be accommodated during the closure.
