WEIRTON - The Weirton Area Water Board has lifted the boil order for the area of McKinley Road, effective at 7:30 a.m. today. The order, issued Monday, was in effect for McKinley Road and Cleveland Road following work on a water line in the area. Those affected may resume using water without any restrictions or boil requirements.

WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has issued a boil order for the area of McKinley Road following work on a water line today. The order includes customers of McKinley road and Cleveland Road, as well as any others in the area who experienced low or no water pressure. Those affected by the order are encouraged to bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water.
