STEUBENVILLE — City officials say prioritizing water and wastewater projects that actually have to be done over the next five years will help them determine if the current rate structure is fair. WEIRTON - The boil order issued Monday for portions of Main Street and West Street has been lifted, effective at 6:55 a.m. today.
