Library friends plan annual sale

STEUBENVILLE — Area residents will be able to get a great deal on reading and listening materials and other items while helping a local organization this weekend. That’s when the Friends of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will hold its annual 25-cent used book sale. STEUBENVILLE — Jefferson County commissioners renewed funding for a popular youth program this week, though they did not increase the amount as organizers had hoped.
