STEUBENVILLE POLICE Tangled web: A Saint Charles Drive resident asked police Thursday to disentangle a neighbor’s cat that had become tangled in his child’s soccer net. The resident said he is allergic to cats and it’s been “an ongoing issue with the neighbor not keeping her animals on her property.” After they released the cat from the net police said it ran to the neighbor’s house, entering through a sliding glass door that had been left open “so the animals can come and go.” Police said there were “about 10-12 cats all over the property.” They weren’t able to ...
