Washington Street between the Market Street ramp and N. 7th closing for at least a week
STEUBENVILLE — Washington Street (Ohio 43) between the Market Street ramp and N. 7th Street will close today so crews can repair a joint failure affecting all four lanes of traffic, a process expected to take “at least” seven- to 10 days to complete.
