Patsy Kimball

Born on May 13, 1936, in St. Mary’s, WV, a daughter of the late Richard and Glady (Scadden) Bailey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Lynn Temple; her great-granddaughter, Giada Merico; and her sister, Carolyn Bauman.

Patsy was an outstanding homemaker to her husband and children. She was a member the New Beginnings Baptist Church in Toronto, OH.

She is survived by the love of her life, her husband of 49 years, Edward L. Kimball Sr., at home; four devoted children, Richie (Nikki) Bailey, Glinda Platt, Edward Kimball Jr., all of Weirton, WV, and Melanie (Richard) Glover of Follansbee, WV; two brothers, Jim (Darlene) Bailey of Steubenville, OH, and Gerald (Fay) Bailey of St. Mary’s, WV; and five sisters, Lucille Matheny of WV, Sharon (Mike) Metz of St. Mary’s, WV, Deloris (Bob) Jackson of Harrisville, WV, Dian Baily of Ohio, Patricia (David) Wright of New Matamoras, OH; 17 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 7, from 5-8 p.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 8, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Lawrence Kimball officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Johns Cemetery in Colliers, WV, with her son-in-law, Richard Glover, officiating.
