DONALD ROUSE SR.

He was born on December 5, 1940 to the late John and Jessie (Lodge) Rouse. He was predeceased by his son, Don Rouse Jr.; six brothers, Robert, William, George, Ronald, Joe and Scotty; and three sisters, Maryann Light, Jeanie Smith and Harriet “Pooch” Stacey.

He is survived by two daughters, Tina (Gary) Starkey of Mingo Jct., Ohio, Janie (Tim) Blocker of Wintersville. Ohio; and one son, Lorne Rouse of Mingo Jct., Ohio; along with eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donald was the owner/operator of the former Don’s Place in Mingo Jct., Ohio and worked at the Steubenville Paper Mill and Buckeye Mechanical Contracting.

Donald was a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Browns and lived his life to the fullest.

The family would like to thank the staff at Gable’s Care Center for the loving care they provided to their father.

As per Donald’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
