JOSEPH DeFILIPPIS Jr
Joseph Francis DeFilippis II, of Weirton, passed away suddenly at Weirton Medical Center on July 28. He was sixty-seven years old.
He was born in Weirton on April 22, 1957, Joe was one of three children born to Joseph and Marjorie Pustovarh DeFilippis, Sr.
Friends can visit Joe’s family on Thursday, from 3-5 pm at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where Liturgy of the Word Service will be held at 5 pm.
Joe’s request for cremation will be honored.
He will be cremated at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home Crematory.
Joe will be entombed with his wife Mary at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Weirton.
Joe’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of doctors and nurses on the 5th and 9th floors at Weirton Medical Center for the diligent and concise care Joe received.
