She was born October 29, 1950 in Wileyville, WV a daughter of the late Chester Hobert & Wanda Lee (Quinn) Baker. She is also preceded by her husband George M. Brown; 3 brothers Michael S, Ricky L. & Chester H. Baker, Jr.; 3 sisters Tammy J. Baker, Katherine M. Lancaster & Sherry J. Eddy. Evelyn was a retired bus driver for Hancock County Schools. Twyla Jean Wszeborowski, 69, Mingo Jct., OH passed away on March 12, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital Weirton. She was born on November 1, 1955 to the late Raymond Dale and Mary Ann (Masters) Kolling. She was a teacher for most of her life. Jean Ann Donatelli, born on May 14, 1941, daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Ranker, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at the age of 83.
