Mary Lou Coe, 96, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away on November 13, 2024. She was born on February 22, 1928, in Bergholz, Ohio, to the late Edward and Estella (Anderson) Harris. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband, Calvin C. Coe; her sisters, Esqueline Griffith and Madeline Joann Modranski; and her brother, Edward Harris. Mary graduated from Bergholz High School Class of 1945, then graduated from the college of Steubenville in May of 1972 with a Bachelor’s of Science, she then received her Master’s of Science in Education in August of 1976. ...

Frank Leo Feist, age 81 of Toronto passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 9, 1943, in Steubenville the son of the late Charles George Feist and Helen Hummel Feist. Frank was a lifetime member of the Toronto American Legion Post 86. James Clark Hare, 88, of Weirton, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2024, at Brightwood Center. Born on April 26, 1936, in Morgantown, West Virginia, James was the beloved son of Charles and Lulu Forman Hare. A proud graduate of Morgantown High School, Class of 1954, James continued his studies at West Virginia University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1959.
